1. Acceptance

By using SignalNews (web, mobile app, or API) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, stop using the service immediately.

2. Service description

SignalNews aggregates and analyzes financial news with AI, with alerts and analytics for users. Content is informational only and is not investment, financial, or legal advice. We are not financial brokers or licensed advisors.

3. Your account

Your email and password are your identity. You are responsible for keeping them safe. If you suspect compromise, change the password immediately and contact us.

4. Subscriptions & free trial

Free trial: 7 days free for new users on the Pro plan. We will not charge during this period. If a valid payment method isn't on file by the trial's end, the subscription is automatically cancelled.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically on the same day each month. Charges are made to the card on file at Stripe (or the chosen gateway).

Cancellation: Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro features until then.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partially used periods. If a technical issue prevents you from using the service, contact us — we'll handle it fairly.

5. Your financial responsibility

Any financial decision you make based on SignalNews content is yours alone. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any news or analysis. Markets carry risk — consult a licensed advisor before any material decision.

The "halal" filter is built on AAOIFI standards and public sources, but the religious due-diligence on any asset is ultimately your responsibility.

6. Prohibited conduct

Users must not:

  • Commercially redistribute SignalNews analysis without written permission
  • Attempt to compromise the system, abuse API rate limits, or launch attacks
  • Impersonate others or create fake accounts
  • Use the service for illegal purposes (money laundering, market manipulation, etc.)
  • Resell the subscription

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual property

Analyses, summaries, and signals produced by SignalNews are our exclusive IP. Source news titles and links belong to their original publishers. On cancellation, you lose access to all content generated for your account.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms. We pro-rate-refund any prepaid period not yet started if termination is initiated by us without a violation on your part.

9. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability to any user shall not exceed twice the amount paid to us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, lost-profit, or lost-investment-opportunity damages, even if advised of their possibility.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved amicably first; failing that, through arbitration in Dubai.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes are emailed to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
